Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an application or otherwise indicating consent (including via email, WhatsApp, or online forms), you agree that these Terms constitute a binding agreement. You acknowledge and agree that communications transmitted electronically are legally binding under applicable law.

Eligibility

To apply to RSS programs, you must:

​

• Be enrolled at a partner university or meet alternative eligibility criteria

• Provide truthful and accurate information in all applications

​

Applicants must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction) and legally authorized to represent their business or project. Applicants further confirm that neither they nor their entities are subject to international sanctions, money laundering restrictions, or trade embargoes.

Application Process

​

Submission: Applications submitted through our website, WhatsApp, or approved channels are binding.

You certify that all information is accurate and complete.

​

Evaluation: RSS uses a systematic evaluation process. Decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

​

No Guarantee of Investment: 

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, investment, or funding. RSS reserves the right to reject applications or withdraw offers at any stage of the process, including after initial acceptance, for any reason.

​

Applications are reviewed at our sole discretion. By submitting, you consent to our collection, storage, and use of your data for program evaluation, reporting, and related operational purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submission of an application does not create any contractual obligation.

Intellectual Property

​

Our Content: All RSS materials (website content, logos, program materials) are owned by Quqnoos Investment Ltd. You may not reproduce without permission.

​

Confidentiality: We maintain reasonable confidentiality for your submissions but cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality during evaluation processes.

​

You retain all rights to your pre-existing intellectual property. By participating, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use submitted materials solely for evaluation, mentorship, and promotional purposes. Any IP developed jointly during the program will be governed by a separate written agreement. We will implement commercially reasonable measures to maintain confidentiality but cannot guarantee absolute protection

 

Investment & Funding

If accepted into programs involving investment:

​

Investment offers are contingent upon successful completion of due diligence, execution of definitive agreements, and compliance with applicable laws and Shariah principles as determined by our advisory board or designated compliance body. Any misrepresentation or omission of material facts will result in immediate withdrawal or termination of any investment offer.

Program Participation

​

Accepted founders agree to:

​

• Actively participate in assigned program activities

• Meet milestones and reporting requirements

• Maintain ethical business practices aligned with RSS values

• Allow RSS to showcase their venture (with approval) for promotional purposes

​

Participants must maintain confidentiality regarding non-public program information and avoid any activity that could create a conflict of interest. By participating, you grant RSS a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your name, logo, and venture information for promotional purposes, subject to your prior written approval for sensitive disclosures.

​

Liability Limitations

​

As Is: RSS programs and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

​

No Guarantee of Success: Participation in RSS programs does not guarantee business success or funding outcomes.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSS, Quqnoos Investment Ltd, and their affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation or inability to participate. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) the amount of any direct investment provided. Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events beyond reasonable control.

Termination

​

RSS reserves the right to:

​

• Reject any application for any reason

• Suspend or discontinue programs with reasonable notice

​

We may terminate participation at any time for breach, unethical conduct, or non-compliance. Upon termination, confidentiality, IP, and liability clauses shall survive. We will provide reasonable written notice where practical.

​

Dispute Resolution

​

Disputes will be resolved through:

​

1. Good-faith negotiation

2. Mediation by mutually agreed neutral party

3. Arbitration or legal proceedings under Afghan law

​

Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation and mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration under the ICC Arbitration Rules in Dubai, UAE, or another mutually agreed location. The governing law shall remain that of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, consistent with Shariah and international commercial standards.

​

Changes to Terms

We will notify you via email or website update of material changes at least 14 days prior to implementation.

​

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
